		<description><![CDATA[The BMI is an outdated feature as it does not consider muscle weight v. fat, also genetic factors exist and a $50 fee would prompt folks with a high weight to just pay a fee and not bother losing weight, charging someone with 33 bmi and then 50 bmi the same fee.

I note the obama health care act, however I do not what range employers would use, the BMI is not the method to use, lance Armstrong probably has  a high BMI.]]></description>
